Refund Policy

Every Color Picks book is custom-made from your own photos, using AI to write the story and build the 20 matching coloring pages. Production starts automatically as soon as you pay.

Because each book is made specifically for you and can't be resold, all sales are final. We don't offer refunds or cancellations once payment is made.

The one exception is a problem with printing or shipping. If your book arrives misprinted, damaged in transit, or doesn't arrive at all, we'll fix it with a free reprint through our print partner — not a refund.

To request a reprint, email support@color-picks.com within 30 days of delivery (or within 30 days of the expected delivery date, if your order never arrived). Include a description of the problem and, if applicable, photos of the damaged book or packaging.

Before you pay, review your free sample page carefully — it shows the real style and quality of your finished book, and there's no revision round once production begins.
