Color Picks makes a printed coloring book from your photos. This page explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

• Your photos. The 20 photos you upload for your book.
• The details you give us. Names and ages of the people in the photos, the recipient's name, your private message, and anything you tell us about the photos.
• Your contact details. Your name, email, and mobile number.
• The shipping address. Where the book should go.
• Payment. Stripe handles your card. We don't see or store your card number.

What we do with it

We use your photos and details to make your book: AI draws the coloring pages and writes the story. We use your address to print and ship it. We use your email and mobile number for your receipt and updates about your order.

We send you offers only if you tick the box that says so. That box is optional and not required to buy.

Who sees it

Only the services we need to make and deliver your book:

• AI providers that draw the coloring pages, write the story, and check every page before printing.
• Our print partner, which prints your book and mails it.
• Our payment processor (Stripe), which takes your payment.
• Our email and text providers, which send your receipt and order updates.

Your photos are never shown publicly. We don't use them in our ads without asking you first.

How long we keep it

We keep your photos and book files only as long as we need them to make, print, and support your order, and then delete them. We keep order records, such as what you bought, where it shipped, and your receipt, for our business records.

Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP to any text to stop them.
• Emails: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
• Anything else: email us to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted sooner.

Children

Our books are often about children. A parent or guardian uploads the photos and gives the details on the child's behalf. We don't sell to children, and we ask children not to use the site themselves.

US only

Color Picks ships to US addresses only during our beta, and this page is written for US customers.
